Introducing Bella…

April 22nd, 2012

I’m so excited to have loaded the latest new stamps from Wild Rose Studio in to the PaperArtsy Store!

There are several new Toby, Milton, Millie & Fergus stamps and old favourites have also been replenished. Sadly a few of the stamps have been discontinued and are no longer available :(

Good news though…

There are two new Wild Rose Studio ranges and they are absolutely DIVINE!!!

Introducing Bella and Annabelle’s Meadow

So there you have it, a little eye candy for you! ;)

Enjoy and have a wonderful weekend!

Feeling Challenged!

April 8th, 2012

Well, you can probably see I’ve been on a roll with my challenges this weekend! It’s been so good to get back into the swing of it all…long, long over due!

I just have a couple more cards to show you…

This is my second entry into the Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge. I absolutely loved this weeks sketch, so easy to work with – try it for yourself! And of course I’ve used one of my most favourite stamps Fergus with Cupcake. I have the entire Fergus stamp range (including 4 new ones) on there way from Wild Rose Studio as I type – woohoo!!! There’s sure to be Show & Tell here as soon as they arrive! :) The sentiment is from the MFT Framed Greetings Set and once again I’ve used Nesatbilities Dies.

And now this card…

Also based on another great sketch from DeconstructingJen. It’s a really great sketch to work with! The image is also a Wild Rose Studio stamp For Ewe.

So that pretty much sums up my very “challenging” weekend, so grateful that tomorrow is also a holiday… maybe time for some more challenges?!!

Enjoy the rest of your Easter break!

My Birthday Girl!

April 8th, 2012

Today is my big girls birthday! I absolutely cannot believe that my Missy is 9 years old! Really??? Where did that time go? I know as parents we continually say how quickly our babies grow up but it seriously doesn’t seem like it was that long ago that Rob spoke those magical words “It’s a girl!” And now here we are…9 years later…and what a journey it’s been! Love you so much Missy Moo xxx

A new camera…another Paparazzi member to join my ranks! ;)

A Turtle cake was the request!

Family Times = Good Times!

And of course no birthday is complete without a birthday card, and a special handmade one none the less! I’ve used my beautiful girl’s 3 favourite colours – blue, green and purple…the icing on the cake really! ;)

The image is a Wild Rose Studio stamp called Millie with Pot and has been coloured with Copic Markers. The Happy Birthday sentiment is also a Wild Rose Studio stamp from the Everyday Greetings set. I have also used Nestabilities Dies Classic Scallop Circles Large and Standard Circles Large . The flowers and leaves were made with MFT Die-namics Flower & Leaf Trio.

I’m entering this card into the following challenges:

Mojo Monday – Sketch Challenge

Colour Create – Deep purple, bright green and cream

Thanks for dropping in!

Happy Easter

April 8th, 2012

This Easter weekend I’ve managed to score some time in my girl cave, which makes me one happy girl!

It’s been such a long time since I’ve participated in any challenges, but I jumped right back into it this weekend with this little Easter creation…

The sweet little bear image is a Wild Rose Studio stamp called Milton with Daisy and I’m pleased to say that I have more arriving any day now :) The image is coloured with Copics (also used to colour the pearls) and the flowers and flourishes are MFT Die-namics Fancy Flourish and Upsey Daisies. I have also used the Stylized Flowers embossing folder.

I’m entering this card into the following challenges:

4 Crafty Chicks – Flowers

Aud Sentiments Challenge – Use the sentiment “Happy Easter”

C.R.A.F.T. – Easter/Spring

CCEE Stampers – Use an embossing folder

Creatalicious Challenges – Sketch

Thanks so much for stopping by. I pray that you’ve all had a wonderful and blessed Easter break.

Good Friday Festival

April 8th, 2012

Hi everyone, Happy Easter to you all! I hope you’re having a lovely Easter break… we sure are! We’ve had absolutely glorious weather here which has been so lovely given that we know what lies ahead!

So with the sun shining we headed off to a Good Friday Festival in the park. The festival started with a beautiful church service and then ended with a celebration morning tea of hot cuppas with yummy Hot Cross Buns and fun activities for the kids.

Here’s a little glimpse into our morning…

Fabulous face painting!

Pony rides…perfect for my horse-mad girl!

Horizontal Bungee!

The boys loved it!

After the Festival we headed home and in keeping with our family Easter tradition we baked our own Hot Cross Buns (YUMMO!), and played Monopoly Deal together – we are so hooked on that game!!!

Later that evening I scored some time in my girl cave, which equaled one very happy day! Hope you’re all having a wonderful Easter too! :)
